How do I use Taki?

Just say or type what you want in plain language — “remind me to call Mom at 6,” “what's the weather this weekend,” or “track my flight UA123.” Tap the microphone for hands-free voice mode.

What are credits, and what do subscriptions include?

Taki uses credits to power AI requests. Every account starts with free credits. Plus, Plus Voice, and Pro subscriptions add more credits each month — Plus Voice also includes voice questions at no extra credit cost, and Pro gives the largest monthly balance. Subscribe from the Membership screen in the app.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Taki AI Assistant. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the current period ends.

How do I change the assistant's voice?

Start voice mode, tap Change Voice at the top, and swipe through the voices — each one previews aloud. Tap Select to keep one. You can also change it in Settings.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your contacts, calendar, health, and photo library stay on your device. Only what's needed to answer a request is sent, and your data is never used for advertising or sold. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Voice mode isn't hearing me correctly.

Make sure Taki has microphone permission (iOS Settings → Taki AI Assistant → Microphone). In noisy places, pausing clearly when you finish speaking helps it know you're done.

How do I delete my data?

Email us at Taki AI Support and we'll delete your account data. You can also revoke any permission anytime in iOS Settings.
